Sushi Class is here!~ Designed for our young chefs!
Each student will have his/her own station and will create their own rolls. This class is 3 hours to allow for proper training. You don't have to be a master chef, you just have to listen and want to learn. *(Serious interest only)
Class will be limited to 8 students to allow for personal attention and instruction. Students are encouraged to bring a favorite knife and apron (both will be provided to those who do not have these items).
Set up for the class will leave options for dietary preferences (students get to choose what to roll).
*Shellfish (shrimp) will be present/available. Due to liability/safety issues, we will NOT use 'high-risk' raw fish. PLEASE notify me immediately upon purchasing a ticket if there are any allergies.
